Garden Room for Catherine

This is the second stand-alone garden room Primrose have completed during lockdown. The government advice to the construction industry is now clear, carry on working if you can do so safely. Primrose have put in place stringent site operating procedures that allow us to build our garden rooms while observing social distancing.

The garden room below, for Catherine, will be used partly as a den for the kids and partly for working from home. When directly compared with Green Retreats, this project was under 13% cheaper and was delivered within four weeks of order placement.

The design contemporary and unfussy. Canadian cedar cladding with minimal profile aluminium bi-fold doors and grey composite decking mean this building will last upwards of 30 years.

New appointment to Southwark residential development

Primrose are delighted to announce that they have been appointed main contractor on a 3m development in the heart of London.

This project will be Primrose’s first collaboration with Rosemount Investments who have appointed Primrose after a rigorous competitive tender process.

The development sees a tired 1960’s office block extended and reconfigured to provide seven high-end apartments and modern office space over five storeys. The ground floor will remain as a retail unit albeit with improved layouts and shop frontage.
