Sean and his team were amazing with my Garden Room and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of building work. Sean's professionalism made us feel comfortable straight away and easy to make a decision when that time came round.

We used Primrose for our garden room and had an excellent experience with them!Sean came to see us to discuss what we wanted and we immediately felt comfortable with him from the first meeting. The space where we were putting in the room was an odd shape so the build would have to be entirely custom made but that did not concern Sean at all.He addressed all our questions about the shape, maximising the size in the odd shape and ways on how to add extra storage.We were very happy to proceed with him soon after the first meeting.Before the build even started the team had been very good at communicating and this was maintained throughout the build. They put in a portaloo so were not disturbed at all and if we were working rom home they would message us rather than just knocking as were mindful we were regularly on work calls.The main builder Marion is brilliant with ideas and he is extremely skilled in what he does and built a garden room of an extremely odd shape to fit the space.They helped us make a space which was dead into a new multi-use living space.During the process as well they were flexible when with changes.All the other staff employed by Primrose are extremely professional as well. Julian the electrician did a great job with the data and the electrics and even managed to sort out another little problem on the day for us which wasn't related to the project.Farmer did the paving and he did a great job and it has transformed the area.Overall the experience with Primrose and the overall end product is of the best quality! I would thoroughly recommend them!

From start to finish the team were very professional, always available, had great communication and always met deadlines.At the planning stage we were not 100% sure on what we wanted but found Primose listened to our ideas and provided us with all the options available and worked with us to achieve our perfect garden room.We are very happy customers.

Highly recommend Primrose for any of your garden room needs! Amazing service from start to finish! We visited their show room and met Sean who talked us through all the different options to get us started and give us an idea on what could be done! 4 weeks later and we have our garden room fully installed (shed/gym). The finish is top quality and we couldn’t have wished for anything more. All the lads who have worked on the room have been amazing and have worked so hard from the crack of dawn until the evening! Thank you to everyone at Primrose for everything! Picture below :)

In October 24, Primrose Projects built us a garden room. With their help we were able to settle on a specification that suited our needs. Including help to change the garden levels so that our project did not dominate the rest of the garden. The last minute extra groundwork’s did not impact the delivery schedule. With work progressing quickly. We now have a room that is an office space, exercise and yoga area, and hobby room. With space to spread out and enjoy a collection of vinyl records that previously only found room in the loft. They built a model railway table for us too. So that retirement recreation of childhood can be enjoyed without compromising precious space in the house. Our room was a catalyst to recast the garden. Overall we are delighted with our new flexible space that all the family can enjoy.

We chose Primrose Projects to build our Garden Room after a thorough comparison of local companies. Their quote was competitive and I was impressed by the attention to detail and the range of beautiful completed projects on their website.We met with Sean at our home prior to the build and he immediately could visualise the building we described, explain how it would fit into the slope at the end of our garden and meet our plans for an office space, occasional guest room with a small bathroom and kitchenette and a garden shed.The whole team were easy to work with and impressed with their precision, speed and attention to detail. We were provided with a schedule of work, which did need to be changed after some absolutely appalling weather, but the project was finished in a very timely manner.Sean and his team were always responsive to requests and alterations as the work progressed. All snagging was carried out quickly, and without complaint.We are very pleased with the final result. The low maintenance charred larch cladding looks superb and the decking complements this. The bathroom and kitchenette fit together beautifully and the main space is a delight to work in. The garden shed part was constructed to one side of the main room, has a fantastic set of purpose built shelves added by the team and is just what we were hoping for.We would definitely recommend Primrose Projects to anyone looking to build a bespoke Garden Room.

We recently used Primrose Projects to install a garden room at the rear our our property. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We researched numerous garden room companies (national and local) when researching for the project and Sean and the team at Primrose were responsive, informed and experienced and gave us total confidence that they could deliver what we needed.We were also offered the chance to visit previous work and clients (which we did) and this showed us the quality of their craftsmanship. What most appealed with Primrose was the ability to have something tailored to our needs within a very reasonable and competitive price structure. Our rear garden wall is at an angle and Primrose made an excellent suggestion to build some storage space behind the main room, to fully utilise our garden space and angle, therefore enabling us to remove our old shed. They integrated this seamlessly in to the build and it looks fantastic.When Cris and Lucian arrived to deliver the work you could set your watch by them. What's more, they worked three consecutive saturday mornings as they were conscious of weather and keeping the project on track. They also took time to understand our family needs (we have two kids under 5) and made suggestions throughout the build that would work even better for our family. The end result is fantastic. Every day they would give us a quick briefing on what they were doing each day and when we may be required for input and were always patient and amenable to any suggestions and changes we had.All our neighbours have since been round to look at the room and all have said they are blown away by how good it looks and also how efficient the team were. They were impeccably tidy, always leaving the area in safe and clean condition each day when they left.We now have a multi functional space for working, as a home gym and as a family room all for what we believe to be fantastic value for money. If you are considering a garden room and want something bespoke but without a premium price attached to that and at the same time refuse to compromise on quality then I cannot recommend these guys enough. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and will be really transformative for our family life.
