A garden room with its own facilities changes how you use it entirely.

Adding a shower room or WC to a garden room removes the one friction point that reminds you it is not fully self-contained. No need to walk back to the house mid-session. No interruptions to a working day. No teenagers trailing through the kitchen on movie night. Primrose installs shower rooms and WCs as part of the garden room project, integrated into the design from the outset rather than retrofitted as an afterthought.

Where underground drainage is not available, a silent mini pumping station handles waste efficiently with no compromise on performance. Cold water is brought from the main house within the service trench and heated on demand, meaning hot water is available whenever it is needed without unnecessary energy use.

Transparent pricing, no surprises.

A shower room addition typically costs around £7,000. A WC comes in at approximately £5,000. Both are priced clearly at the quoting stage so clients know exactly what they are committing to. The goal is a garden room that functions as a complete space, and for many projects, that means proper facilities from day one.

Enhance Your Garden Room with Shower Rooms and WCs

At Primrose Projects, we understand that your garden room should be more than just an extra space—it should be a complete living experience. That’s why we offer the option to include top-notch shower rooms and WCs as part of our service, providing the ultimate convenience and comfort in your own garden. There’s no need for the teenagers to come back to the house to use the facilities on movie night. There’s no need to leave your home office set up when working from home!

Effortless Installation

Our team excels in seamlessly integrating shower rooms and WCs into your garden room, ensuring that they blend harmoniously with the overall design. What sets us apart is our ability to cater to various scenarios, including locations with no access to underground drainage provisions.

Mini Pumping Station for Seamless Operation

In cases where local underground drainage is unavailable, we employ a mini pumping station that operates silently and efficiently. This innovative solution ensures that your shower and WC function just like they do at home, with no compromises on convenience or performance.

On-Demand Hot Water

Within our service trench, we bring cold water from your main house and efficiently heat it on demand. This means you’ll have access to hot water for showering and handwashing whenever you need it, without wasting energy or storing water.

Affordable Luxury

We believe in making luxury accessible. Adding a shower room to your garden room project typically costs around £7,000, while the addition of a WC comes at an affordable price of approximately £5,000. Our transparent pricing ensures that you can enjoy these modern conveniences without breaking the bank.

Experience Unmatched Comfort

Imagine stepping out into your garden retreat and enjoying the convenience of a luxurious shower or a well-appointed WC. With Primrose Projects, this dream becomes a reality. We go above and beyond to create garden rooms that not only expand your living space but elevate your lifestyle.

Work in progress

This is where the magic happens! Each Primrose room is hand crafted on site by local tradesmen. The methods used reflect years of research and development. Unlike new or non-specialist garden room builders, Primrose know what works and what does not. Quality and suitability of materials is as important as the skill and care of the tradesperson.

An oasis for Jenny and Rupert

The original idea was to build a contemporary cedar-clad garden room which could be used as a work-from-home space and gym. With a Primrose project its OK to change the plan half way through and theses photos illustrate this perfectly!
