Every room, a labour of love.
Browse our completed builds across London and the Home Counties. Each one is bespoke, each one is different, and each one tells the story of a client whose garden was quietly transformed into something they use every single day.

Every Primrose room is hand-crafted on-site, never in a factory
Unlike national garden room manufacturers, we don’t produce modular units off-site and bolt them together in your garden. Our craftsmen build each room from the ground up, on your plot, using methods refined over two decades.
That means we can work around access constraints, unusual plot shapes, level changes, and changing client briefs without extra cost or delay.

“We have been hugely impressed – the garden room that they have built it so lovely and will make an excellent study, the customer service was outstanding and they completed the work far quicker than expected. Would highly recommend!”
