Primrose have completed the steel frame for a design and build conservatory in a Victorian townhouse. The job also comprises of internal refurbishment and new structural openings. Primrose are progressing at a good rate and hope to complete in four weeks time. Keep an eye out for more articles to come shortly.

The 2nd fix stage in Hounslow has begun, with the floor tiles being laid, the flat roof coverings going on and the glass being installed, Primrose are now very much ‘on the home staight’. Check in soon for more updates and articles.
Yesterday saw the erection of the stud partition to form the 1st floor bathroom. The photo opposite shows a ground beam which will be encased in concrete to bring the steel installation to completion. This project is progressing well without any any difficulties and is currently right on schedule.
Using a 3 tonne excavator and two dumpers, Primrose have begun to form the foundations for the 400 cubic metre pond. The pond is part of a wider landscaping scheme which is to be completed in the second phase of the works and will also include 3 paddocks and a tennis court. Yesterday saw construction work finally begin on our farmhouse extension and refurbishment project in Buntingford.
